Description

Polyreflex polypropylene (PP) sheet

has the characteristics of light weight (compared to other plastic sheets), uniform thickness, good heat resistance, high impact strength, good chemical stability, electrical insulation, non-toxic and odorless. Polypropylene are widely used in many fields such as machinery, chemical, electronics, construction, packaging, agriculture and food industry.

Polypropylene sheet has excellent mechanical properties, its molecular structure is regular, and its strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than that of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

Among these mechanical properties, the most prominent feature is the endurance bending strength. The polypropylene sheet has no damage after being subjected to one or more bendings. In addition, its dry friction coefficient is close to nylon board.

Chemically Stable

Polypropylene sheet has good anti-corrosion properties of acid and alkali resistance, it is resistant to most chemicals for daily and industrial use.

The color and size of the PP board can be customized. The fire resistance of flame retardant PP board can reach grade V1 or V0, and the combustion performance is self-extinguishing from fire. The modified PP sheets we provide include PPH sheets (homopolymer polypropylene), PPB sheets (block copolymer polypropylene) and PPR sheets (random copolymer polypropylene).
